Palo Santo is a sacred tree native to South America. Indigenous Latin American cultures have used its wood in traditional healing and spiritual ceremonies for centuries. Palo Santo translates to "holy wood,". When Palo Santo burns, it releases lemon, mint, and pine notes—an invigorating, grounding fragrance that is believed to have a number of benefits.
Palo Santo has traditionally been used for the energizing and healing properties to purify air and cleanse negative energy.
Instructions: Carefully light one end using a small flame. Allow end to burn for a few seconds, then quickly blow out the flame. Place the smoking stick on fire safe surface - e.g. metal or clay bowl, shell, crystal agate dish. Keep a small dish or cup of water nearby for quick distinguishing.
CAUTION: Use with extreme caution. Do not leave burning or smoldering stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children.
